Summary
Amends the:
Australian Research Council Act 2001
to: apply indexation to existing appropriation amounts for the financial years commencing on 1 July 2020, 1 July 2021 and 1 July 2022; and insert a new funding cap for the financial year commencing on 1 July 2023; and
Higher Education Support Act 2003
to: re-categorise the University of Notre Dame Australia as a Table A provider from 2021; and correct a typographical error.
